Welcome to Department of Control Engineering, Takuma National College of Technology.

  Control technology has permeated in all fields of society, economy and industry, and especially, it is expected in the role fulfiled for the high-tech promotion of the industry. But, the control engineer who develops and can utilize new technology in this field is insufficient, and it has made the rearing guidance the urgency. The department of control engineering was set up under such situation in the 1985 fiscal year.

  Education goals of our department are as follows.

(1) With the aim of educating engineer for consistent 5 years, the effective expertise education is carried out, relating general education and professinal education. And, the education concerning measurement and control is carried out with acquiring fundamental knowledge such as electronics and information engineering as a base of control technology.

(2) The effective professional engineer education is carried out by the close cooperation with other departments.

(3) The engineer with creative ability, understanding ability, judgment ability and flexibility to deal with the research on the new technology is raised in order to deal with the rapid progress of the field of the control technology.
