A faculty member of NITKC’s partner school conducted classes in English

Starting on January 15, 2019, and for two weeks, NITKC invited Dr. Boontida Uapipatanakul, a faculty member of Rajamangala University of Technology in Thanyaburi, Thailand (RMUTT), to the Takamatsu campus. For NITKC students, Dr. Boontida Uapipatanakul selected two topics to teach: “the importance of water” and “the importance of studying English”. She taught all the classes for students from first to third-year students and some selected classes for fourth-year students and spoke in English only.
Active in the field of education and research at RMUTT, Dr. Boontida Uapipatanakul adopts a variety of teaching method in classes. Considering the experiences, NITKC asked Dr. Boontida Uapipatanakul to give the faculty members a lecture on example usage of Active Learning and Jigsaw Learning methods.
